Trip to the Throne
An individual journey guided through Air, Water, Fire and Earth to find center, movement, warmth and personal power.
The Throne is not a place, it's the point within you from which you're back to lead your life.
There are moments when you feel you have lost center, heat, direction. The Journey into the Throne is born to bring you back there: in the center. Through guided imagination, presence and the symbolic force of the four elements, enter an inner space where you can let go what weighs, return to flow and reconnect with your personal Power.
TRUE
Before you change something out, you have to feel where you're choosing in.
When you feel back in the middle, change the way you breathe a situation, the way you look at it and especially the way you choose to cross it.
The Journey into the Throne is a guided experience one by one. I accompany you to slow down, enter the imagination and build a precise inner place: a circle, four forces around you and a Throne in the center. It is not a story to listen passively.
And it's right here that the journey begins: not in looking for an answer outside of you, but in returning to occupy your place.
Four elements. Four inner movements. One center: you.
We do not use them as decoration, but as a symbolic map capable of speaking to imagination and body in a direct way.
Air · Create
The air is mind, vision, direction, and it is the place where a possibility is born before it becomes action. Here you focus on what you want to create and from what you want to start.
Water · Fluid
Water moves, dissolves, takes away what no longer needs to remain firm. It is the movement of letting go of debris and return to feel your energy flow.
Fire · Lighting
Fire is heat, decision, vital impulse. It is what rekindles when you feel cold inside, stationary or distant from what you really want.
Earth · Support
The Earth gives weight, roots and support. It reminds you that you don't just have to imagine a direction: you have to feel stable enough to be able to live it.
When you get to the Throne, you're not becoming someone else.
The Throne is the symbol of your center. Sit there, in the imagination, means to stop for a moment of looking at you only through what happened to you and start to perceive you from the position of who can choose, create, say yes, say no, accept, let go.
During the journey, images, places, symbolic people, forgotten inner parts or polarities can emerge. I don't advance everything: an important part of the experience is to meet what your imagination brings before you, without building it in advance.
You let yourself be led, but the Journey remains yours.
We enter space
I'll stay with you and accompany you with my voice, step by step.
We build the circle
The imagination takes shape: Air, Water, Fire and Earth find their place around you. The center is not empty.
Enter the Throne
When the Throne takes shape, it changes perspective. From there we observe what emerges and work with the images, feelings and symbols that come.
Let's move the elements
The Water comes back to flow. The Fire rekindles. The Earth supports. The Air opens a new direction.
Two different routes, because not all the blocks ask the same door.
Start from the thread that keeps repeating in your history. Look for the knot, brings it to light and builds around that nucleus a personal 24-day path.
Use guided imagination, symbols and four elements to bring you back to an inner position of presence, movement, warmth, support and choice.
It's not two versions of the same service. The Journey into the Throne is for those who feel that, first of all, needs to return to occupy their inner space.
Not a run from reality, a different way to get back.
Let go of what weighs
When everything remains in place, choices also become heavy. The Journey creates a symbolic movement to move, slide and free space.
Rekindle heat
There are periods when you feel turned off, distant, frozen. Fire works on the opposite gesture: bring warmth, presence and life back to your center.
Resume Your Power
Not power over others. The power to choose how to be, what to accept, what to leave and in which direction to move your life.
Back to flow
It's not about checking everything, it's about stopping you feeling nailed, when something comes back to moving, you can start moving too.
One experience can change the point from which you look at everything else.
The Journey into the Throne is an individual guided session. You don't need to take anything and you don't need to know meditation techniques: I will accompany you inside the structure, while what emerges is deeply yours.
The questions that really matter.
Is it hypnosis?
No, it's a guided imagination and presence experience. Be conscious, listen to my voice and you're the one who observes and crosses what takes shape within you.
Do I have to be good at visualizing?
No. You don’t have to “see perfectly.” For some people, sharp images come, for other sensations, words, insights or just a perception.
Why the four elements?
Because they give a simple and powerful map to four different movements: create with the Air, flow with the Water, light with the Fire and support with the Earth.
You'll know what I'll see?
No, and it's one of the most important points. The structure is guided, but the images and symbols that emerge are not imposed.
Do I have to prepare something?
You need a quiet space, a phone or a stable connection and the possibility to stay comfortable without being interrupted during the experience.
If you've never made the Journey into the Throne, go in one first time and feel it from inside.
For your first experience you can access the same full session with a dedicated tariffIt doesn't change the journey, it doesn't change the presence and it doesn't change the individual work.
You don't have to understand everything first. Part of the value of the Journey is exactly what I can't tell you in advance, because it has to emerge from you.
Sometimes you don't have to find a new way.
If you feel that something inside you is firm, cold, dispersed or far from your center, the Journey into the Throne is a precise invitation: come in, meet the four elements and come back to sit in your place.
